Craig

Paid Advertising Executive

Craig has a Business Studies (Honours) Degree from Stirling University. He has an extensive background working at senior management levels for a global hotel chain working in hospitality in the Middle East and brings these customer service skills and experiences to teclan’s clients. Additionally Craig has previously built and developed several online eCommerce businesses. As a fully certified Google professional, Craig will be ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for all of our paid advertising customers.

Hollie

Digital Marketing Project Manager

Hollie is a highly-competent marketing professional with a self-motivated, positive attitude and a good sense of humour. She has over 16 years of all-round experience in marketing; including line management, client account management, all aspects of SEO, PPC, marketing strategy, social media management, content marketing, analytics, design, business development, networking, training and public speaking.

Neil

Head of Sales and Business Development

Neil has an HND in Hospitality Management, gained at Dundee College of FE. This led him to managing a hotel on the shores of Loch Earn, before moving on to work as a call centre team manager for BT. Since then, Neil has gained more than 16 years’ experience in marketing and advertising across a range of media formats; radio, print and online. He has been heavily involved in the project management of a variety of promotions and events too. Neil looks after sales and business development at teclan.

Rory

Head Web Designer

Our head web designer Rory has been crafting websites for businesses of all sizes for more than 17 years and is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in English Language & Literature. Rory works on delivering great web and email experiences for all our design and marketing clients.

Jackie

Accounts

Jackie has experience in running eCommerce stores and working in retail Head Offices. As well as providing valuable support and assistance to our customers, Jackie looks after the Accounts at teclan.

Adrian

Copy Writing & Quality Assurance

Adrian began his working career with the print media industry in Australia, and over 40 years has written and produced marketing campaigns for both local and national advertisers. His experience includes running a marketing and graphic design business, along with extraordinary copy writing and proofing skills.

Stephen

Network & Security

Stephen has a BSc in Computing from Moray College UHI and has worked in web development and software development since 2010. Alongside his Digital Marketing work, Stephen looks after the technical side of things at teclan including hosting, security and web development. Stephen is certified in Google AdWords and Google Shopping.

Liam

Email Marketing & Visuals

Liam has a BA (Hons) in Computer Arts and has worked variously in different roles within the computer games industry including Director of Art and Marketing. Multi-lingual Liam brings a diverse skillset to the teclan Digital Marketing team including web and graphic design, animation, 3D modelling and much more.

PR Strategist & Data Analyst

Helen graduated in 2018 with an MA (Hons) Modern History degree from the University of St Andrews. After previously working at teclan between university semesters, Helen is now our PR Strategist & Data Analyst – leveraging client data to deliver better results while co-ordinating and delivering teclan’s PR services.

Caitlin

Web & Digital Marketing Developer

Despite being one of the youngest members of our team, Caitlin has multiple years of retail and Digital Marketing experience. Since joining teclan she is now a key part of our web design team, delivering high-quality web experiences and results for our clients.
